Texas Fishermen’s Festival BBQ Cook Off 2008 This Year’s Fishermen’s Festival BBQ Cook off will be held on South Bay Blvd. Gate Entry will be on 8^th Street.   This year is 1 day cook-off - all the cooking is Saturday. 1^st place Brisket is $1,000 2^nd place Brisket is $500 3^rd place Brisket is $250 Trophies awarded for Pork Ribs, Fajitas, Chili, & Showmanship Jackpot Beans 50/50 split Registration Form (Click Here) Rules & Regulations (Click Here) Deadline for Entries is Friday, October 31, 2008.
